LinkedIn Training for CU Denver Change Makers

Recently, I conducted LinkedIn training for participants in the Change Makers program through the University of Colorado Denver. The time with them flew by, as they had so many questions about LinkedIn. This wonderful experience energized me. The participants in the semester’s program are 56 to 74 and looking for what to do next. Some are currently in the workforce, and some have retired relatively recently. The folks I spoke to are in the 10th week of this 14-week program, which involves twice-a-week classes. In the 10 years that I’ve been providing LinkedIn tutoring and training, I’ve reflected on this question many times. Hats Off to Marie Leslie

Hats off to Marie Leslie – one of my dearest business colleagues. She and her husband are relocating soon from the Denver area to South Carolina. Recently, she and I had lunch, and I was so glad to get one more in-person visit with her before her big move. That’s when we had the photo taken that’s at the top of this blog post. Do you take the time to let your business colleagues know how much they mean to you? Too often, we take these folks for granted and don’t publicly honor them as much as we could. So, [...]
